Meets every other week on Tuesdays from 6-7:30pm

Behind the Scenes is a life group for those who serve in Production at The Well, and open to anyone interested in serving behind the scenes. This group exists to build genuine community, grow spiritually, and encourage one another in roles that often go unseen. No experience required - just a desire for connection and a heart to serve.
Beyond the Surface
Meets every other week on Sundays from 6-7:30pm
Leader: Bobby and Janelle
Location: Bobby & Janelle's Home
Together, we'll explore real-life topics through the lens of Scripture, encourage one another in our faith journeys, and grow deeper in relationship with God and each other. We will share a meal, build community, and dive into conversations that go beyond surface-level. Join us every other week at Bobby and Janelle Mitchell's home in Ozark from 6-7:30p. This group is open to co-ed adults.
Disciples
Meets every Thursday 6-7pm

Location: The Well Church Springfield
This is a group for people of all ages and stages of faith who desire to grow deeper in their relationship with the Lord and learn how to disciple and encourage others along the way. Over the next 9 weeks, we will be going through the Devine Mentor by Wayne Cordeiro as we learn to hear God's voice through Scripture, grow in our understanding of HIs Word, and develop meaningful relationships with one another. Together, we'll encourage, challenge, and pray for one another as we seek God's heart and His desire for our lives.
Disciples Are Made, Not Born
Meets every other week on Saturdays from 1-2:30pm

Location: Library on Kearney St.
We will be doing an in-depth study of this book with biblical application of what it means to truly be a disciple of Christ. The sacrifices, the heartbreak, the reward, the environments, etc...along with the study will be exercises and book word to truly know the makings of an apostle. The group will also be doing community impacts that reach out to find the lost and lead others to Christ.
Hands and Feet
Meets every other week on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm

Grounded
Meets every Wednesdays at 6pm

Location: The Well Church Springfield
Grounded is a Life Group designed to help you build a strong foundation in God's word, grow deeper in your faith, and learn what it means to follow Jesus in your everyday life. Together, well explore the foundations of the Christian faith, study Scripture, and have honest conversations about what it looks like to live out what we believe. Throughout the group, you'll also hear testimonies from people in our church and learn from others who will come in to teach and share how God has helped them become grounded in their own faith. Whether you're new to following Jesus or simply want to strengthen your foundation, Grounded is a place to grow, ask questions, and take your next step with Christ.
Night of Prayer
Meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6-7pm

Come join us every Wednesday night for a time of prayer and Bible study! Together we will learn what it looks like to make prayer a regular practice in our life with Christ. All people are welcome!
