Selena is the Lead Pastor and co-founder of The Well Church. She is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She is most passionate about encouraging and empowering others to live the life that God created them for through the life-giving power of the Holy Spirit.
Brandon is the Downtown Campus Pastor at The Well Church. Brandon married Young Adult Minister Adrian Lien in January 2020. As a couple, they have a heart for serving all people. In their free time, they enjoy riding bikes, going to coffee shops, and reading books. They truly believe that ministry comes out of the overflow of their marriage and their relationship with the Lord. Brandon also has two amazing little boys, Carter and Wyatt.
Josh is the Aurora Campus Pastor. Josh also works at Springfield Recovery Community Center, helping people walk through recovery. He had a call to ministry early on in his life but walked away, living outside his calling. Through God’s grace, Josh was miraculously saved out of that darkness. His passion now is spreading hope and helping others out of the same darkness he was in.
Austin is the Worship Minister for all campuses at The Well. Austin sensed God’s call to ministry while in high school, but was unsure where that path would lead. While pursuing a college degree in criminal justice and sociology, God opened the door for Austin to lead worship at The Well. Austin is excited to see where God will lead him in ministry.
It is the desire of Austin’s heart to teach people that worship isn’t just music, but a way of life! He prays that people will understand that we worship God in all that we could do!
YOUNG ADULT MINISTER
Adrian is the Young Adult Minister for all campuses at The Well. Adrian gave her heart to the Lord and was called into ministry as a young girl. Throughout the years, God has continued to open Adrian’s eyes and ears to His voice and her calling. Adrian discovered The Well in college, where she began attending the church’s weekly young adult services. She soon became highly involved in worship, outreach, and leading life groups. These opportunities paved the way to her becoming the Young Adult Minister.
Katelynn is the Youth Minister for all campuses at The Well. As a teenage girl Katelyn was heavily involved in youth ministry. During this time, she felt a calling into vocational ministry, but wasn’t sure what that would look like for her. After coming to The Well, she felt God open a door for her to serve as a life group leader for teens. This volunteer position led to her eventually answer her call, and accept the position as the Youth Minister.
Hannah is the Discipleship Minister for all campuses at The Well. She has had a passion to serve in the church. For many years, she knew she had heard a distinct call from the Lord that she would preach the Gospel at the age of 17. This changed her entire life around as she decided where to go to college and to begin the path to her calling. Hannah has a passion to remind all people that they are important, they are welcome and that they are family at The Well Church. She prays that she will be able to help others be discipled, connected with, and loved both in and outside of the church walls.
Brooke is the Kid's Director at The Well Aurora Campus. Brooke was called into ministry as a young adult with a passion for children's ministry. She discovered The Well through a friend who invited her to attend. Quickly she began attending each week, volunteering and serving in The Well Kids department. Shortly after the Aurora Campus launched, God opened the door for her to step into the position as the Aurora Campus Kid's Director.
Ashley is the Kid's Director at The Well Downtown Campus. As a teenage girl Ashley felt a calling into children’s ministry, but wasn’t sure what that looked like. Shortly after coming to The Well, she felt God telling her she needed to step out of my comfort zone, and began volunteering in the Kids department, which eventually landed her the position as the Downtown Campus Kids Director.
Tara is the Kid's Director at The Well North Campus. Tara sensed God’s call into ministry in her early 20’s but wasn’t sure exactly what that looked like. She has served in various community ministries, including Relentless Teen Girls Encounter. God called her and her family to The Well, which ultimately led to the door opening as the North Campus Kids Director.
