DYLAN ROBINSON
Dylan is the Lead Pastor and co-founder of The Well Church with Selena. Dylan is passionate about sharing the life-changing message of Jesus with those who seem to have lost all hope. Dylan married his wife, Madi (who is the Marshfield Campus Worship Pastor) in 2016. They now have two kids!

Jake’s passion is helping people become who God created them to be. As Executive Pastor, he equips our staff and teams to carry the vision of The Well. A regular voice on our Teaching Team, he communicates the love of Jesus with clarity and warmth. Jake is a husband and dad, an avid sports connoisseur, and an outdoorsman who’s happiest on a trail or at a ballgame.

Austin is the Lead Worship Pastor at The Well Church. Austin sensed God’s call to ministry while in high school, but was unsure where that path would lead. While pursuing a college degree in criminal justice and sociology, God opened the door for Austin to lead worship at The Well. Austin is excited to see where God will lead him in ministry.

Morgan has been a part of The Well Church since 2018. She and her husband, Cody, have three children and deeply value the community of The Well. Morgan is passionate about clear and effective communication—both within the church family and in sharing the mission of The Well with the community.

Hal is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene, and is currently studying toward a ThD. He cares deeply about equipping Christ Followers with purpose, knowledge, and Holy Spirit led passion. He is a husband, father of two, former missionary, and avid enjoyer of coffee, world cultures, and any book from Lewis or Tolkien.
